Long Term Care

Bronafallen provides 24 hour residential care for elderly people who are diagnosed with Dementia. Our Dementia care is provided by appropriately qualified and dedicated teams in an environment personally adapted to each Resident’s needs. A person centred care plan is devised for each individual resident which reflects their care needs, interests and covers both physical and emotional abilities.

We do not provide Nursing Care, but we are fully supported by the District Nurses who visit when necessary.

Our staff members are provided with on-going opportunities for learning and development to ensure that the care they give is not only the kindest possible, but is also delivered from a sound, professional knowledge base.

Respite & Trial Stays

At Bronafallen we also provide Respite care (when available) for people who may require short or a temporary stay. There are different types of respite care available depending on your care needs and the length of stay can vary from a few days to several weeks or months.

The residents in Bronafallen receive professional care delivered with respect, in a friendly, homely and compassionate environment, where quality of life is imperative.

We believe that trial stays provide an excellent opportunity to try potential long term care placement and help you in the process of making a very important decision.

We recommend an initial month's stay. This gives you a chance to get to know everyone and to experience the comfortable and friendly environment.

Day Care

Viewings

Bronafallen provides comprehensive Day Care. Normal Day Care hours are from 9am to 5pm seven days a week. However, arrangements can be made if clients need to come in earlier or leave later.

The Basic Day Care Package includes:

Transport to and from Bronafallen
Breakfast, Lunch and Evening Meal
A home cooked varied menu is provided, catering for all tastes and special diets
In-house entertainment
Activities suited to individuals
Bathing service on request
