Bronafallen provides 24 hour residential care for elderly people who are diagnosed with Dementia. Our Dementia care is provided by appropriately qualified and dedicated teams in an environment personally adapted to each Resident’s needs. A person centred care plan is devised for each individual resident which reflects their care needs, interests and covers both physical and emotional abilities.
We do not provide Nursing Care, but we are fully supported by the District Nurses who visit when necessary.
Our staff members are provided with on-going opportunities for learning and development to ensure that the care they give is not only the kindest possible, but is also delivered from a sound, professional knowledge base.
We recomend that anyone looking for an EMI placement, either for a friend or loved one, call in to Bronafallen for a viewing.
No appointment is necessary, although we do prefer visits are not at mealtimes.
Please email or telephone to request a Statement of Purpose which contains everything you would need to know about the service we provide.
